The Camp Artaban Outdoor Education Program brings students outside of the classroom to explore our unique 67 acre waterfront property.

With modern amenities nestled in a pristine coastal rain forest, our site is perfect for learning all about both local flora & fauna and wilderness skills.

Camps typically run Monday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Friday with 2 overnights during the school year.

Teachers may pre-select
six “Discovery Sessions,” based on the British Columbia Curriculum, Big Ideas, Core Competencies and New Learning Standards.

All schedules and programing are completely customizable to support your school’s learning outcomes!

Travel & Transportation

Camp Artaban is easily accessed by water taxi from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver, with a designated area for busses to unload at the base of the government wharf.

Our office administrators will gladly arrange your boat transportation, and help guide your group onto the boat the day of.
