How to Donate
The most common ways to donate to Camp Artaban are directly by cheque or Visa/MasterCard by sending it to our office through the mail, or by credit card over the phone. You can also give easily and securely through CanadaHelps if this is more convenient for you. If you prefer to give through another means please contact our office directly at 604-980-0391 and it can almost certainly be arranged.
Canada Helps
CanadaHelps.org is a not-for-profit public foundation that serves as an information resource about charities in Canada and seeks to promote and facilitate philanthropy through online giving. CanadaHelps accepts payment by credit card only and assesses a 3% transaction fee on each donation which is deducted before the donation is sent to Camp Artaban. You can designate all donations in honour or in memory of someone. Donations are non-refundable. CanadaHelps.org issues charitable tax receipts in real time, and because they are in digital format, they cannot ask that the file be returned. You cannot change your mind once you've made a charitable donation. CanadaHelps does not share donor information with any third parties. You can make a monthly gift or campaign pledge to Camp Artaban with CanadaHelps. To do this, you must create a MyCanadaHelps account, store your credit card information online, and choose Camp Artaban, the day of credit card charge, and amount to give each month. You may set an end date to finish the gift pledge, or advise how many months the gift should be processed. Planned Giving
If you are interested in donating to camp through a planned gift (ie leaving Camp Artaban a gift in your will) then please contact us. We will be more than happy to share with you some ways in which this can be done.
